Project Overview
Mindpath Health approached 10up due to frustrations with the execution of their previous site's redesign. They were seeking a more scalable and easily editable website that would enhance the visitor experience by revisiting their UX strategy. Although initially satisfied with the visual design, they were open to light visual design support for any new elements that might be required.
However, through our website and brand audit, combined with the Design Alignment Workshop (DAW), it became clear that a full visual redesign would be instrumental in achieving their goals. This opportunity was significant, as Mindpath initially hadn’t considered a complete visual overhaul. By embracing this full redesign, we were able to not only meet their engineering and UX needs but also elevate the entire brand experience, crafting a site that is visually engaging and effectively supports users in finding information and connecting with clinicians.
